Cheers! Continuing our 12 Days of Hosting Journal Series, we've teamed up with our pals at Windfall Cider—an urban cidery based in Vancouver, Canada. Just in time to raise a toast to the holidays, Windfall is sharing a bubbly and refreshing cocktail straight from their tasting room. This festive sip is a quick-and-easy crowdpleaser perfected for holiday celebrations.
"We believe in making your own luck, and we’re here to turn the world of hard cider on its head. We find the best BC apples, the purest juice and experiment with old-world cider making techniques to create a brand of hard ciders you’ve never tasted before. Like a little sip of good fortune in every can."
Ingredients:
- 1oz Copper Penny Gin
- 0.5oz simple syrup
- 0.5oz Lemon juice
- Windfall Cider Rosé
- Lemon Twist
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake
- Strain into a champagne flute (chill flute ahead of time for an extra touch)
- Top with 3oz Windfall Rosè Cider
- Garnish with the lemon peel
- Enjoy!
